The restaurant is located on Rudnay square right next to St. Martin in one of the most beautiful corners of old Bratislava. Chef Lukáš Hesko opened it and cooks in it exactly according to his ideas. The interior is decorated quite austerely – and this is the intention, because the main goal is to offer a food and service experience. Lukáš prepares a nine-course menu that always changes according to the available ingredients. However, it must not miss his signature dish – corn cream with truffle and smoked leek and self-baked sourdough bread with fermented butter. The whole menu was delicious and gradually progressed to gourmet heaven. As Lukáš told us: “My philosophy is to acquire the best available product, use minimal and natural techniques to intervene in it without using any colors, textures and things that shine nicely, but are not natural in food. The food should be delicate, clean, fresh and surprising, at the same time it should not be a dozen flavors, but it should define the restaurant of Irin, me and my colleagues.”
