Restaurant Kazumi was opened by one of the biggest experts in Japanese cuisine in Slovakia and a great sushi master, Alexander Illeš. He improved his cooking skills under the guidance of the best chefs and sushi specialists in Prague and Bratislava. However, he learned the most during his regular stays in Japan, where he had the opportunity to get to know the culture and especially the specialties of home cooking directly from local masters. Alexander also regularly shares his impressions and art with gourmets at the School of Cooking in St. Jura, where he has been teaching Japanese cuisine for ten years. On its menu you will also find such gems as gyuniku udon foa gura or futomaki sake philly, a number of mixed sushi plates, but also the famous ramen. The offer is really rich and the very high ranking from gourmets in our bedekr testifies to the quality.
