The Towers business has become known mainly for its steaks and is rightly one of the best steakhouses in the city. But recently, the menu has been enriched with more varied recipes presented by the famous chef Tomáš Zapletal. His signature is evident in the creativity and deliciousness of the dishes. The seasonally changing menu offers many options and we chose the tiger prawns from the starters and the sheep’s cheese au gratin from the salads – both were very tasty. Well, we were most looking forward to steaks and this time we ordered porterhouse and prime rib. They were excellently grilled, exactly as agreed with the waiter, medium rare. In addition, pepper with chili and mushroom sauce and sweet potato fries.
