SushiYA food atelier

The SushiYA food atelier restaurant was established in 2020, i.e. just before the outbreak of covid. The team was made up of experienced chefs and enthusiasts who love Asian cuisine, so this is not a project on a green field. The enthusiasm for Asian cuisine and its connection with European cuisine also dominates the menu offer. Since SushiYA was founded and operated even during covid, the food delivery service remained with them and they still rely on it. However, it is definitely better to go and enjoy their specialties in person. The service is attentive and diligent. The kitchen is of a very good standard and really has a European-Asian fusion mastered very well. We tried green curry laksa and chicken nasi goreng and they were like Asian originals. The mix of uramaki and futomaki was also handled excellently and the overall impression of the dishes pleasantly surprised us. Thank you for a nice taste experience and we highly recommend it.
