Semillon Restaurant – Vinárstvo Predium

Predium is a newly built modern and very stylish winery near Vráble with an incredible spirit. The owners managed to combine the environment of the winery with the relaxation zone of the vineyards in an exceptional symbiosis, which you can enjoy here in the Semillon themed restaurant. This is actually the name of the newly resurrected wine variety in this winery. The restaurant is headed by Roman Borovský, a chef who has traveled the world from the Faroe Islands to Antwerp to Copenhagen. He implements his experience and ideas with his young team, and his menu is always thematically tuned. The restaurant does not operate à la carte, but they always serve a complete menu prepared for the given week. The menu consists of six to nine courses, so dining lasts two to three hours and is accompanied by excellent service, who will entertain you and also recommend local wines. Be sure to pull off the highway (it’s only 15 minutes) and come eat at Semillon. Or spend the night in one of the four rooms, because the experience is worth it!
