The company, run by two generations of the family – Radová and Siváková, produces excellent beer paired with the first and only certified Slovak beer sommelier Ing. Jozef Sivák with renowned gourmet specialties. Due to this irresistible combination, guests from all corners of Slovakia and the world visit the ERB Brewery in the historic center of Banská Štiavnica. At the end of 2020, the entire concept will be completed by the completion and opening of the ERB**** boutique hotel in the absolute vicinity of the historic brewery building and restaurant. The soul of the restaurant space are two fully functional copper kettles, dominating the interior on the first floor. Guests can enjoy quality food and at the same time watch the brewing process of beer, accompanied by the unmistakable aroma of the hop factory. Art lovers can appreciate the unconventionality of the attic theater of the ERB Brewery, where interesting theater performances and jazz concerts have been held regularly for 11 years.
