Behind the concept of the menu we find a well-known chef in Slovakia, Anjan Thambawitage, who once started at the iconic Camouflage under the leadership of Jarda Žídek. “At Cozy Coza, I want to bring here to Bratislava, which is now my home, new, a little fancy and a little crazy dishes and flavors inspired by Asia as well as Europe,” Anjan confided to us. Be sure to try his traditional Malay nyonya laksa soup with prawns or Malaysian Peranakan stir fried udon curry with Slovakian beef tenderloin.
