At the best address in the city, right on Hviezdoslav Square, the Carnevalle restaurant has been welcoming guests for 10 years, offering world cuisine with an emphasis on freshness and seasonality. In Carnevalle, they do a lot of charcoal grilling on a special Josper grill. You can choose from the best quality beef, veal or lamb and of course also from a wide selection of fresh fish or seasonal vegetables from local suppliers. The MEAT bar is also interesting, where you can directly watch the preparation of all delicacies in the open kitchen and where they offer various meat appetizers and a rich selection of wines. You can even choose the meat itself here like at a butcher, they will prepare it according to your choice and you can take it home. The service is very professional and can advise on the selection and explain the differences between the different types of steaks. Be sure to try the local top specialties – beef tartare from USDA sirloin, pickled trout from the Kunowský Majer farm, stroganoff or 20-hour roasted beef neck with coleslaw. We also offer our own baked sourdough bread and our own pasta.
