Modern hotel in the wider city centre includes a really unique treasure in its interior – vintage cellar with a period brick arch from the 19th century. Through its refurbishment, the owner has achieved character of a hotel restaurant. What else could the restaurant of one of the most famous Slovak viticulturists be named, if not “wine”? The skilful chef, Branislav Križan, attempts to give this restaurant an international character supplemented by Slovak specialities, considering modern trends in gastronomy. The fact that most of the products are processed and produced in the kitchen is remarkable; the restaurant has its own butcher, too. The wine card needs not to be described, it is so extensive that one should try the wines it offers himself.
